Are you an experienced, highly qualified Automotive Mechanic/Auto Diagnostics who's self-motivated, disciplined, and knows his/her way around a workshop?

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Automotive Technician (Mechanic) for DECEMBER 2024 start. Our Workshop is located at 246 Musgrave Street Berserker ROCKHAMPTON Qld.

If you have a proven track record in Automotive Diagnostics, Repair and Servicing vehicles and possess extensive industry knowledge, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Inspections and Diagnosis

  • Vehicle Safety inspections

  • Servicing & Maintenance

  • New vehicle servicing

  • Replacing Parts


 

Auto Electrical:


  • Brake Controllers

  • Dual Battery Systems/Fitouts

  • 4X4 12v Accessories

 

Air Conditioning:


  • Inspection and Test for Gas Leaks

  • Recharging Refrigerant Gas

  • Changing out Components

 

 

Requirements:


  • Proven experience and expertise in the installation and fitting of the above-mentioned accessories and car air conditioning repair services

  • A high level of industry knowledge and familiarity with the latest automotive electrical systems

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

  • Be able to work well under pressure ensuring a high level of productivity

  • Efficient time management skills to complete job tasks promptly and effectively

 
 

Qualifications:


  • Trade qualification or relevant certification in Automotive Mechanics

  • Arctick License

  • Current QLD driver's license with a clean driving record
